Bring your water softener to the Minimax Hub in Beckenham for expert, in-house repairs on all major brands—often at a lower cost than replacement. Whether it’s a fault, servicing need, or performance issue, we’ll assess and advise before any work begins.

1. Initial inspection fee

• A non-refundable inspection fee of £45 is payable upon drop-off at unit 2, Pioneer Court, Minimax, Croydon Road, Beckenham, BR3 4BZ, of the water softener unit.
• This fee covers the initial assessment to determine the unit’s condition and identify any faults. Price excludes parts and additional labour.

2. Repair Estimates and Authorisation

• Post-inspection, if repairs are necessary, we will contact you to provide an estimated cost for parts and labour.
• No repair work will commence without your explicit written approval.
• If the unit is deemed to be in working condition, no further action will be taken unless requested.

3. Turnaround Time

• We aim to complete all servicing and repairs within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of drop-off.
• Any delays beyond this period will be communicated promptly.
